Points of consideration: We understand that life happens and sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule. Please help us by understanding that your appointment time is reserved for you.

Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change, or cancel, an appointment so that your reserved time may be filled. If shorter periods of notice are given, a 50% fee will be incurred and "no shows" will be charged full price. Any guest arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled time may be asked to reschedule. This will ensure that you, and following guests, can receive a full experience. We thank you for your understanding.
